Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt trainers will be able to accompany you throughout your learning journey and give you precise, factual and useful feedback to develop your skills as a change agent, depending on the program selected. White Belt Lean Six Sigma

Introductory training on Lean Six Sigma, including a powerful Lean simulation in an operational or administrative environment that demonstrates the differentiation and potential of the Lean approach.

The objectives:

  • Initiation to the Lean Six Sigma approach
  • Familiarization with the Lean philosophy, its principles, its concepts and tools

Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma

Training intended for managers who wish to act as project promoters in a Lean Six Sigma process and who are interested in further developing their abilities to evaluate the improvement potential of a process or a sector, in order to properly qualify Lean optimization projects.

The objectives:

  • Learn how to perform Lean opportunity analyses in order to quickly evaluate a sector’s performance
  • Master the steps to properly qualify Lean optimization projects
  • Learn how to adequately act as promoter in a Lean approach

Green Belt Lean Six Sigma

Training intended for managers or stakeholders who act or will have to act as agents for improvement within their organization, who want to learn and master the Lean Six Sigma approach and be certified for its application.

The objectives:

  • Become autonomous and certified to perform a Lean optimization project of Green Belt scope and complexity in your environment
  • Learn by carrying out a real optimization project through the support of an expert

Black Belt Lean Six Sigma

Training intended for Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certified improvement agents who wish to further develop their knowledge and mastery of the Lean Six Sigma approach, in order to autonomously carry out projects of Black Belt scope and complexity, in addition to being able to train other Green Belt improvement agents.

The objectives:

  • Further develop knowledge and mastery of the tools and advanced concepts of the Lean Six Sigma approach
  • Develop the autonomy to carry out improvement projects of Black Belt scope and complexity
  • Learning through the realization of a Lean Six Sigma optimization project of Black Belt scope and complexity, with the support of an expert
  • Develop Lean Six Sigma trainer abilities

Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma

Training intended for Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certified improvement agents who wish to further develop their mastery of the strategies of Lean culture deployment and of continuous improvement governance programs.

  • Master the transformation steps towards the Lean culture

LeanLeaderTM program

Linovati’s program aimed at supporting managers and leading them towards a systemic thinking and a Lean management method.

 

This program aims to support and accompany managers of different levels within the organization in the migration of their behaviours, in connection with the deployment of a continuous improvement culture based on the Lean Six Sigma approach.
