Objectives:
- To become familiar with and learn about the Agile philosophy and approach, principles, approaches, tools
- To be able to intervene or play a role at different levels in the involvement or use of an Agile approach in your organization

SCRUM Master certification
Objectives:
- To become familiar with the SCRUM methodology and its different variances and derivatives
- To master the nuances of the SCRUM guide recognized in the market
- To pass the SCRUM Master certification exam from the first time
Duration:
- 2 days of group training
- ½ day of coaching to prepare for the SCRUM Master certification exam
Procedure:
- In person or remote training
- In person practical Lean simulations
Prerequisites:
- Have some knowledge of the English language for the certification exam
- Prior reading of the SCRUM guide recognized in the market

Agile-Lean integration
Objectives:
- To understand the fundamental differences between Lean and Agile approaches, as well as the benefits of an effective combination of these approaches
- To be able to identify and appreciate the Lean components to be integrated into the Agile approach
- To become familiar with the best strategies for the effective implementation of an integrated Agile-Lean approach in an organization and under different possible conditions
- To be able to define a good personalized Agile-Lean implementation strategy for the organization

- 2 days of group training
- 1 day of group or individual coaching as needed
