Lean Six Sigma training

White Belt Level
Objectives:
- To become familiar with the Lean philosophy, its principles, concepts and tools
- To understand the differentiating elements of the Lean approach compared to other continuous improvement or problem solving approaches
- To appreciate the full potential of the Lean approach to improve work organization, ways of doing things and performance
Duration:
- 1 day of group training, theoretical and practical
Procedure:
- In person or remote training
- Practical Lean simulations in person
Prerequisites:
- None
Yellow Belt level
with or without certification
Objectives :
- To be able to identify the best opportunities for improvement in a work environment
- To learn and incorporate structured, effective and simple tools to solve problems more effectively, or to carry out small continuous improvement initiatives
- To understand how to adequately play its role of project promoter in a Lean approach
Duration:
- Option A – Training with attestation only: 2 days of theoretical group training
- Option B – Training with certification: 3 days of theoretical group training, 1 day of coaching for the practical implementation of individual continuous improvement initiatives in their work environment, certification of the participant’s learning and application capacity
Procedure:
- Group training in person or remotely
- Remote coaching, allocated as needed
Prerequisites:
- White Belt Lean training
Green Belt level
Objectives :
- To learn the Lean approach for carrying out an optimization project
- To be able to apply the basic tools, concepts and methodologies related to the Lean Six Sigma approach
- To be able to independently carry out an optimization project of moderate scope and complexity (Green Belt level)
Duration:
- 8 days of theoretical group training
- 2 days of group and individual coaching
Procedure:
- In person or remote training
- In person, 4 blocks of 2 days of theoretical training
- Remote, 16 successive (or not) half-days of theoretical training
- Exam to validate the knowledge acquired
- 2 days of group coaching and remote individual coaching to support the realization of a Lean project at Green Belt level
- Certification of the participant’s learning and application capacity
Prerequisites:
- White Belt Lean training
Black Belt level
Objectives :
- To be able to apply advanced concepts and methodologies related to the Lean Six Sigma approach
- To be able to independently carry out an improvement project of high complexity (Black Belt level)
- To develop your capacity to train continuous improvement agents
Duration:
- 8 days of theoretical group training
- 3 days of group and individual coaching
Procedure:
- In person or remote training
- In person, 3 blocks of 2 and 3 days of theoretical training
- Remote, 16 successive (or not) half-days of theoretical training
- Exam to validate the knowledge acquired
- 3 days of group coaching and remote individual coaching for the realization of a Lean project at Black Belt level
- Certification of the participant’s learning and application capacity
Prerequisites:
- Recognized Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level certification
- Have carried out by themselves as an agent at least one (1) Green Belt level optimization project with the Lean Six Sigma approach
Master Black Belt level
Objectives:
- To be able to independently carry out a very complex, multi-sector, scope and complexity optimization project, for which several conditions for success are missing (Master Black Belt level)
- To be able to define an effective strategy to implement a Lean culture of continuous improvement
- To be able to influence, convince and link the various stakeholders towards a cultural transformation
- To be able to adequately support the strategy and the various activities involved in a Lean cultural deployment
- To understand the importance and needs for a migration of Lean management behaviors
- To be able to adequately assume the role of a Lean expert in the organization
- To lead and manage the continuous improvement function or the Lean program in the organization
Duration:
- 5 days of theoretical group training
- 3 days of individual coaching
Procedure:
- In person or remote training
- In person, 5 days of theoretical training
- Remote, 10 half-days of theoretical training
- 5 mandatory readings
- 3 days of individual remote coaching
- 1 case study to carry out and present
- Certification of the participant’s learning and application capacity
Prerequisites:
- Recognized Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level certification
- Have carried out by himself as an agent at least two (2) optimization projects with the Lean Six Sigma approach at Black Belt level, including the use of the Kaizen methodology
