Lean management behavior training

LeanLeader mc program

Training for

the implementation of an effective continuous improvement function

Continuous improvement or problem solving are often mistakenly viewed as mere skills associated with managers or resources. Rather, the reality is that these are processes that should be clearly defined, based on recognized best practices, and applied rigorously as standard throughout the organization, in order to achieve their full potential.

An organization which seeks excellence within the limits of its constraints and means would therefore have every interest in setting up a mature and efficient “continuous improvement” function, in order to hope that the benefits of the various improvements are not only optimal, but scalable and sustainable. However, to achieve this, organizations must define a good strategy for implementing or improving this function.

Objectives:

  • To understand the pillars and conditions necessary for a good strategy to set up an effective “continuous improvement” function.
  • To be able to define their own personalized strategy for setting up a “continuous improvement” function

Duration:

  • 3 days of group training

Procedure:

  • In person or remote group training
  • Workshop-based training incorporating concrete practical exercises for immediate and personalized application to its organization

Prerequisites:

  • Preparatory work to analyze the organization targeted by the strategy

Strategic implementation system that cascades the targets to be achieved by each hierarchical level so as to align all the organization’s resources towards a common goal:
